Warrior Dash obstacle races, mud run, and OCR information, distance, cost, dates, calendar, discounts, obstacles, reviews, and more

As of July 30th, 2019 Warrior Dash has announced they are ceasing operations. Please see this post for details, including several other OCRs who are stepping up and offering free races for affected Warrior Dash racers.

Warrior Dash is the world's largest running series and is held on challenging and rugged terrains across the world. Participants bound over fire, trudge through mud and scale over 12 obstacles during this fierce 5K. From couch potatoes to novice runners to extreme athletes, Warrior Dash truly is an event for all athletic abilities.

The inspiration behind Warrior Dash was to create the most bad-ass day possible. It is a day where participants can challenge themselves, be active and get muddy. Participants tackle the course and then celebrate their accomplishments with beer, food and live music.

Warrior Dash is an alternative to the classic 5K and provides an incomparable experience for participants and spectators. The unique combination of athleticism, live music, turkey legs and beer keeps Warriors coming back for more.

Warrior Dash is partnered with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The St. Jude Warriors program encourages Warrior Dash racers to fundraise for St. Jude. With the help of 2012 participants Warrior Dash has raised over 2 million dollars for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Red Frog Events prides itself on creating the Active Entertainment Industry, which is a combination of fitness, entertainment and event management. As a leader in the industry, we strive to make each Warrior Dash more unique and challenging than the last. Innovation is continuously brewing back at Red Frog Events office where the whole team is dreaming up new obstacles and twists for Warrior Dash. In the end, we are in the business of having fun!

Great event, good time of year and not that bad of a drive. I'll be doing this one again!

What a fun challenge! Thank you for having all of those water stops on the course!

Family fun!

A lot of fun and just challenging enough for those new to these events. Conquer your fears and bring the family (12 and up I believe). Everyone who participated was friendly and helpful and encouraging.

What a great ride! This experience showed me that I am capable of doing anything! With my friend by my side we created a team and bond that will last a lifetime! I am so looking forward to 2016 and more! Thanks for the adventure that brought me back to life:)

BEST time EVER!

Feb 17, 2016 by Lisa B.

I had THE best time ever! Everyone was very friendly and helped some of the people over the obstacles... I can't wait to do another race! It was my first and hopefully I will do it again soon. Being a single parent money priorities ..

Love it! I have done it for the past 4 years and it is by far my favorite obstacle event. It is better than other mud runs I have done in the past in the area. Would highly recommend!

I had a blast helping some work friends run their first Warrior Dash in memory of their 16 little girl who passed in a tragic accident. She wanted to run one, to get back her dad back into shape before the accident,

Fun but UNORGANIZED

Feb 16, 2016 by Michelle Allen

I enjoyed the race but the event itself was unorganized. Even tho we signed up for a particular heat we waited around 2 hours to finally start and when we were done they had run out of food at the food tent! Luckily they didn't run out of beer.

I enjoyed the race but compared to Spartan it was very unorganized. People at each obstacle were not really watching us and rushing. Many people skipped the obstacles and just played in the mud. Teams should not exceed 10

Warrior Dash NY

Feb 16, 2016 by Sawyer Brown

First off when we showed up the lines were crazy long to pick up our race packets..but after talking to a staff member he said we could go up and get our packets before our heat - that started in 15min (fyi we had arrived an hour and a half early to pick up our packets) So we got our stuff and off we went..I was pleasantly surprised at the obstacles..i feel they were well built and i really enjoyed the slide at the end. The fact they made a huge amount of mud at the end was awesome too. Seems a lot of ocr races are not creating as much mud as they did in the past. The finisher medals were cool and unique. My wife and two other friends we ran with also enjoyed the event. Overall I think warrior dash is a solid OCR venue and I plan on racing the competitive heat this year!

The Ultimate Mud Run, Obstacle Race and Adventure Race Guide , USA 2.8 5.0 197 197 I wouldn't even call this "Milwaukee" 2019 as it was an hour away. However, it was 100% ON A SKI HILL. It wasn't so much an obstacle run as it was just running a 5k up and down sk
