Gear Review: FitBit Surge

As a competitive athlete, I have been nay saying activity-tracking bracelets for the last couple of years. However, when Fitbit came out with the Surge, I was finally intrigued enough to purchase one. The benefit of the Surge is that it is an activity tracker, GPS and heart rate monitor all in one.

Have you tried Roll Recovery yet? If not you should...as for us , we hate lying on the floor trying to use a foam roller when we are beat up from a race, sometimes it makes it worse! We tend to cramp up here & there after intense races and really feel it at the end. R8 helps out for that, it gives you that "feel good but it hurts" deep pressure massage.
