The Wheel, the docu-reality show on Discovery Channel ended on Friday with the season finale. Out of the six participants who began The Wheel, only Luke and Adam made it to day sixty. Adam Kimble joined Mud Run Guide along the way to share all the behind the scenes stories throughout the season.

Over the weekend Spartan Race headed to Alabama for another Super. Arnel Banawa was there from OCRTUBE.com to capture all the action from the weekend. A 10+ mile challenging course had some unique Alabama scenery.

Hesco Bonefrog Challenge is currently having its moment in obstacle course racing. With the closure of another frog the profile of Hesco Bonefrog Challenge continues to rise. However, like many small independent race series Bonefrog has mostly been putting on quality events under the radar. The company was founded in 2012 by former Navy SEAL, Brian Carney, after spending thirteen years in the SEALS. Carney knew he wanted to be part of the OCR community even before leaving the SEALS. Civilian Military Combine the first hybrid obstacle race is about to make it's relaunch at Fort Hamilton in Brooklyn, New York next weekend. Civilian Military Combine is a unique event that features "The Pit" and then goes right into the obstacle course. Arnel Banawa's European quest continues with his latest OCRTUBE.com video profiling the first OCR European Championships. The championship race featured over 22 Countries. The event took place in the Netherlands and was a collaborative effort from multiple European organizations. The 15K course featured over 50+ challenging obstacles (over 80 obstacles if you include the natural terrain obstacles). The 1st Annual Independent OCREC was a huge success!
