OCR World Championships Introduces 100 Meter Sprint Championships

"The addition of this competition is the next logical step for our event," said OCRWC Founder Adrian Bijanada. "Each year we hear from athletes longing for a format that places more emphasis on obstacle technique and proficiency, and we're thrilled to finally offer them a world-class 100-meter course to compete on. OCR World Championships to Add New Race Format for 2019 OCRWC

Next Monday, December 3 2018, Adventurey is set to announce a new, innovative race format for the 2019 OCR World Championships which will be held 45 minutes north of London on October 11 through 13, 2019. US OCR Champs Announces Combo Tickets

Beginning on March 9, 2017, the United States OCR Championships will be offering a limited number of "combo tickets" in partnership with Conquer The Gauntlet, BONEFROG, Indian Mud Run, The Battlegrounds, and Green Beret Challenge. For $150, athletes will be able to participate in the Inaugural United States OCR Championships Age Group division, with no qualifying necessary, and also select any open heat in one these selected USOCRC partner event during this limited-time registration.

Warrior Dash Partners With OCR World Championships

Warrior Dash is excited to partner with the OCR World Championships for their international championship event taking place on October 14-16, 2016 at Blue Mountain Resort, in Ontario, Canada. Competitive Warriors can qualify by finishing in the top 10 for their gender in any Warrior Dash competitive wave. The top three male and top three female finishers will be recognized on stage at their respective Warrior Dash award ceremony.

Spartan Race World Championship Race Recap

Spartan Race World Championships took place yesterday at the iconic Squaw Valley in Lake Tahoe, California. The race brought athletes in from all over the world, in total about 20 countries where in attendance. The first seven miles of the course were a climb up to the peak of Squaw Valley, and it was immediately clear that experienced mountain runners would have an advantage. Robert Killian quickly surged into the lead on the men's side, a position he would not relinquish for the remainder of the day.
