Every Tuesday and Wednesday at Camp Rhino from 8-9pm Dustin Rocho and Alena Dawn instruct how to jump/dive/hang-over/under/through the Ninja Warrior obstacles at Camp Rhino. You will also learn gymnastics movements that will help you progress in your obstacle AND CrossFit training.
The format is loose and fun, with creative challenges and enough tips and tricks to keep you busy practicing until next weeks class. You can jump in to any of the classes, any time. Each class will be taught to the best persons ability with modifications as needed.

Learn how to do all the obstacles in our Beginner Obstacle Training class. You’ll get a great ‘ramp-up to obstacle course racing’ workout as well as technique training! Prepare yourself so you can ENJOY the race!
Since the best way to practice for an obstacle course race is to actually DO an obstacle course race, we are holding practice SPARTAN/MUDDER/BADDASS ‘races’ every Saturday at 11:30AM. You may either race and get timed or you may practice the obstacles during these times.
