iCORE Fitness stands for Intensive Cardio through Obstacles to gain Results and Endurance. We are a fully encompassing fitness center that uses HIIT (High intensity interval training) as the core of our workouts in a fun filled manner through obstacles to gain results. From Tough Mudder to Spartan Races, Ninja Warrior to weight training we’ve got it all. Our team designed a new fitness facility that holds open gym sessions along with specifically calibrated classes to create a unique, fun, goal oriented facility that will challenge you physically and mentally. We hold classes to train for tough mudder, spartan and obstacle course racing, Ninja Warrior training, kids classes, Parkour along with traditional weight training.

Our 10,000sq/ft. facility features 4 major components. A full scale ninja warrior course. A parkour/tumbling section including foam floors, trampolines, foam pits , high bars, and more. We have the first ever full straight line Ninja Warrior course. Our obstacle training section includes full scale replica obstacles from Tough Mudder Spartan Race including walls, ropes, high bars, inclined and declined monkey bars, rope swings, traversing walls, cargo nets along with many other obstacles. We also have an indoor rock climbing wall and of course, a zipline!

Current obstacles include: double salmon ladder, unstable bridge, cliff hanger, vertical climbing bars, hanging globes, climbing ropes, rope swing, quad steps, rolling log, floating doors, floating stairs, ring climb, trampolines, foam pit, rock wall, zip line, jumping pillow, calisthenic rack, weight training equipment, slacklines, and a warped wall
