From Warrior Dash’s (3.1 miles with basic obstacles) to finishing Spartan’s Ultra Beast (marathon distance obstacle course race in the mountains of Killington, Vermont) & The Spartan Death Race in Pittsfield, Vermont (100+ miles packed with physical and mental obstacles & 70+ hours without sleep), Yancy has been there done that and can help you do the same.
