Xtreme Outdoor Training (XOT) @ Fit Physique

Experience the ultimate in functional outdoor training with our Xtreme Outdoor Training Complex! Sessions utilize the 15-station obstacle course, as well as drills and exercises on the basketball court and sand volleyball court.

This 15-station course is designed to test your strength, endurance and willpower. The stations include:
