Bonnie Wilson our social media maven combed through hundreds of tags on our social media and picked two athletes to showcase this week. This week we highlight accomplishments in both the world of obstacle racing and in the Ninja Warrior world.
We first highlight Cliff Alapa Jr. (@alapa.ocr) on his recent Spartan Race accomplishment. Congrats on your Hurricane Heat finish and your son's fourth-place finish in the kid's race, and your wife's first Spartan! The family that races together stays together!
This week we also feature Alex Katz (@runnerchic14) celebrating mental health Monday by taking a leap of faith in her training. A great reminder we all need to push ourselves but also take time for self-care in order to stay healthy and balanced. Thanks for the reminder Alex.
