Training Tuesday: Tough Mudder 10-Minute Med Ball Workout

Looking to burn a little of the belly fat getting in the way of getting over that obstacle? EROCK from Tough Mudder puts together this week a quick 10-minute medicine ball belly fat burning workout. This full body medicine ball workout will have you feeling the burn in just a few minutes.

This at-home workout uses a medicine ball, however, if you do not own a medicine ball you can get creative and make your own or find another item in your house.  It can be performed anywhere in your home you have enough room to stretch out. Before jumping into the workout be sure you have moved any furniture that might get in the way. Be sure to wear clothing you are able to comfortably move in before starting the video.

Equipment Needed: Medicine Ball

 

4:00 Minute Cycles

 

Round 1:

20 Toe Touches

10 Pushups

10 Squat Jumps

10 Medicine Ball Up and Over

10 Wood Chops

Round 2:

20 Toe Touches

10 Pushups

10 Squat Jumps

10 Medicine Ball Up and Over

10 Wood Chops

Rest 1 Minute

Round 3:

20 Toe Touches

10 Pushups

10 Squat Jumps

10 Medicine Ball Up and Over

10 Wood Chops

Round 4:

20 Toe Touches

10 Pushups

10 Squat Jumps

10 Medicine Ball Up and Over

10 Wood Chops

Rest 1 Minute
