Ever wanted to be on American Ninja Warrior? Are you signed up for a Warrior Dash, Rugged Maniac, Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, Color Run, Zombie Run, or Go Ruck Challenge? Are you prepping for a military career and want to be able to run, jump, climb, hang, and vault more effectively? If you answered YES to any of these questions, then you’re probably crazy. Crazy enough to be a part of our gym that is….

We pride ourselves on keeping up to date with the most awesome fitness crazes out there (no not Zumba or Aerial Yoga, that’s next door). Over the years, we have sent multiple students to compete on American Ninja Warrior, we have conquered the Warrior Dash as a TEAM, and I have personally taken select students to Spartan Races, Tough Mudders, Zombie races and Go Ruck Challenges. We’ve been there and done that, and we want to help you do it too.

Our Ninja Warrior Obstacle Course Training will allow you learn the skills necessary to compete at the highest level, become fit in ways you’ve never experienced, and conquer challenges that you didn’t even know existed.

Real Life Ninja Academy CT
850 Prospect Hill Rd
Windsor, CT 06095 United States

The story began in the parks of the Bronx in the 1970's. Doing Ninja Warrior activities in trees, from bench to bench, over fences, etc. My parents enrolled me in gymnastics classes. I was a competitive gymnast until 1982, a gymnastics coach since then and a gym owner since 1995.

When the American Ninja Warrior TV show started I knew there would be another pathway in my life. I became interested in opening a Ninja Warrior Gym, but I knew that I did not have the knowledge to do it right. After Drew Drechsel moved to Connecticut, he heard about my desire and called me. Imagine my face when I was called by someone I admired from TV. We had lunch the next day, opened the gym 4 months later and expanded the gym 20 months later.

Now we present to you the 1st Real Life Ninja Academy. A gym where the philosophies, programs, equipment, etc that we created at New Era Ninjas are being brought to other areas to share the incredible benefits of Ninja Warrior obstacle training.
