Elite heat timed runners starts at 8:00am.
8:30 - 9:45 am - 5K & 10K non-timed start times.
10:00 am - 10:30 am - 1 Mile start times.
100 runners per heat, heats go every 15 minutes

Course Description:
Trail Run with obstacles, moderate hills. 10K has 30 obstacles, 5K has 22 obstacles, 1 Mile has 12 obstacles.

10K Trail & Obstacle Run open to participants over 13 yrs of age
5K Trail & Obstacle Run open to participants over 10 yrs of age
1 mile Family Walk/Run open to anyone who wants to complete the obstacle course.
Children under 8 yrs of age may enter the Family Walk/Run if they are accompanied by an adult. All participants under the age of 18 must have a guardian release with permission.
