Course Description:

ALPHA HEAT - This will be a no holds barred, all out battle to claim who will be crowned our Alpha Male, Alpha Female and Alpha Tribe for 2019... Only the tribes (teams) can help each other teams of 4... This will be timed and each obstacle MUST be completed..all participants start with 100 points and will be deducted for each failed obstacle..after 3 attempts.. There is a capacity limit for this heat. Be sure to confirm early... p.s gift packs for the winners circle.
10km HEAT - Our grueling heat comes after the ALPHA, this will test you completely.. This year we come fully prepared to grind you all down.. come ready...10 or so obstacles to face after each km of running.
5km HEAT - For those wanting to test our Obstacle racing, this is a good place to start.. NOT EASY by any means but a good place to start. 10 or so obstacles after each km of running.

Spectators:

Parents are permitted to come along for support and instruct but CANNOT LEND A HAND.
