Conquer the King Conquer the King is back for the 3rd installment and will feature a 10k Competitive Heat as well as 5k Open Heats. This race takes place at the permanent OCR training facility known as OCR King Compound in Dallas Georgia. The facility is ever growing and new obstacles are constantly being built so this race is never the same, yet it gets better with every event. Once dubbed as the "Toughest Mile In OCR" it has surely lived up to that title, but we still have friendly options for the new/beginner OCR competitors.

Course Description:

The terrain is moderately hilly and the number of obstacles will be 12 for the open heats (5k) and 24 for the competitive heat (10k).
Conquer the King is back for the 3rd installment and will feature a 10k Competitive Heat as well as 5k Open Heats. This race takes place at the permanent OCR training facility known as OCR King Compound in Dallas Georgia. The facility is ever growing and new obstacles are constantly being built so this race is never the same, yet it gets better with every event. Once dubbed as the ""Toughest Mile In OCR"" it has surely lived up to that title, but we still have friendly options for the new/beginner OCR competitors.

Aid Stations:

One aid station will be located at the start/finish, one mile transition. So runners will have the opportunity for hydration/nutrition every mile if needed.

Awards:

First place male and females will receive a cash prize. The podium of top three male and females will receive awards.

Spectators:

Spectators are always FREE and have a great view of almost all obstacles.

Parking:

Parking is always FREE and is located within one mile of the venue, shuttles will be provided throughout the day.

Post Party:

We have a great DJ that keeps the party going long after the race!

Other:

Minimum age is 16 yrs old with the written consent of a guardian, you are not required to swim at this event.
Gear storage is always free and there will be areas to wash/change.
