Course Description:

This OCR challenge includes 25+ obstacles including inverted walls, rope swings, balance beams, cargo net climbs, vertical wall traverse, and much more. Sign up for the Elite 5K course, 5K Open Waves, or Kids Fun Run. All fitness levels are welcome.
Headlines the Louisiana Sports Festival, June 9-10, in Baton Rouge, LA. OCR events include the Vanguard Race 5K, Vanguard Race ""Big Easy"" Heat, and Vanguard Race Time Trials.

Aid Stations:

EMS and Aid Stations along the course.

Spectators:

Spectators can travel along the course and post-race festival for free

Parking:

Parking $10 per vehicle

Other:

All participants get free entry into Saturday night music festival with live band. Food, drink and beer will be for sale at the fest.

Team:

Biggest team receives a cool custom team award and biggest team tent for use during their event.
