Course Description:
The course is run through 200 acres of forestry with over 35 obstacles, all with the intention of testing your mental and physical strength and ability.
The course is 10 kilometres long, not the same 5 kilometres twice but 10 kilometres of different terrain and obstacles.
Aid Stations:
There will be water stations throughout the course.
Prizes:
There are two different categories: Fastest Male and Fastest Female (trophies for the winners of each category)

At the end of the course there is complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and a snack for every competitor.

A fitness instructor will guide you through your warm up before you start and yes we will have an open shower area , toilets and a key drop for your car keys.
