Course Description:
Competitors will have the option to scale certain obstacles to their fitness level. You are sure to get your fill of mud, rocks, hills, and body wrenching obstacles.
Come join the fun over this 3.5 mile obstacle style course!
There will be an Individual 5k and a Team 5k. The Team 5k will be a 2 person team. The team must be Male/Male or Female/Female teams. The Team 5k will present an extra challenge! The Team will run the entire 5k with a sandbag! The Male teams wil run with a 20# sandbag and the Female teams will run with a 14# sandbag! Rules and restricitions wil be posted at a later date!
Aid Stations:
We will have First aid stations and Water stations in 4 locations along the course. Paramedics will be on hand to assist.
Awards:
Awards Ceremony will be back at Buffalo Wild Wings Gardendale starting at 2pm. 2505 Caufield Drive, Gardendale 35071. This event will include Inflatables for the kids, Corn Hole Tournament, $$ Golf Shot Contest, Live Music 2pm-9pm and a Firework Show at 9pm! Awards will be given to Overall Winners in their age division.

Mud Duck Decorating Contest
Your rubber duck is provided by the race organizers as part of your registration fee!
Participants are encouraged to decorate their duck prior to the event. Ducks can be picked up at packet pickup at Buffalo Wild Wings Gardendale. Paint it, dress it up, Sharpie it, etc. Be sure to include your race number as part of the decoration!
You must carry your decorated duck through the race, no decorating or duck repair allowed after race completion. Display your duck as it is!
After the race, place your decorated duck on the display table at Buffalo Wild Wings Gardendale
Voting will take place for the best decorated duck.
In decorating your duck, your race number MUST be clearly and visibly decorated on the duck for proper voting!
Best Decorated Mud Duck Award will be announced at Buffalo Wild Wings Gardendale Post-race during the Award Ceremony
Spectators:
Spectators are free! Parking is free! Feel free to hang around the Start/Finish line to cheer on your friend. Live Music will be provided as well as Cornhole and refreshments.

Other:
This event is benefiting the Cornerstone Ranch. The Cornerstone Ranch is a non-profit Christian organization dedicated to developing self-esteem and character in the lives of youth in need through recreational activities and Faith-based programs.
Cornerstone Ranch is a non-demoninational Christian-centered overnight camp for any teen in need ages 12 - 18. Cornerstone Ranch defines ""teens in need"" as a teen having economic, family, social or emotional difficulties. This camp is a ranch-style camp on 1200 acres in Gardendale, Alabama. Cornerstone Ranch is not a correctional camp, but ratheris preventative - its goals are to use Christian principles and activitiesto provide support and spiritual guidance to young people so that they make good choices. A typical day at camp involves fishing, canoeing, mountain bike riding, basketball, archery, camp fires and other outdoor activities. Campers have to be referred, but the camp is unique in that it is absolutely free to campers, as sponsors cover costs.
Team:
