Course Description:
The Family Course is approximately 3 miles with over 15 obstacles guaranteed to get you muddy! Ages 8+.
For those looking for even more of a challenge, our Extreme Course will do the trick. This extended course of approximately 4 miles includes extra hills and extra obstacles, including the daunting Moccasin Walk Land Bridge. Ages 14+.
Even the little ones can get in on the fun with our Mini-Course. This course may be shorter (approximately 1 mile), but it is just as long on fun (and mud)! Parents can run alongside their child on this course at no charge. Ages 4+
Aid Stations:
There will be water stations along the course and a first-aid tent.
Spectators:
Spectators are welcome to watch the race. Parents can run the mini-course alongside their children for free. All spectators are welcome to attend the post-run party.
Parking:
Parking is free, but space is limited, so carpooling is recommended.
Post Party:
The post-run party will have a DJ and refreshments, including gourmet s'mores!
Other:
This event benefits Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa, with funds supporting valuable leadership experiences for girls across the state of Iowa.
A monitored bag drop area will be available.
Showers will be available after the run.
