Check-in begins at 8:00 am and the first heat will begin at 9:00 am. The number of heats will depend upon total registration.

Course Description:
The Family Course is approximately three miles over 15 obstacles guaranteed to get you muddy. Want to test your family's or friend's teamwork skills? This is the course for you. The Extreme Course will do the trick if you're a runner looking for a challenge. This extended course is approximately four miles and includes extras hills and extra obstacles. The Mini Course is perfect for the little ones who want to get in on the fun. This course is much shorter (approximately one mile), but is just as long on fun (and mud)! Parents can run alongside their child on this course but they've been know to be left in the dust!
Aid Stations:
There will be water stations throughout the course and refreshments after the run, including water, fruit, and S'mores cookies. There will be limited first aid available throughout the course.
Spectators:
Spectators are welcome at no additional cost.
Parking:
Parking is free, but space is limited, so we highly encourage carpooling.
Post Party:
There will be post-run refreshments and a DJ. We are hoping to have food trucks and vendors on hand as well.
Other:
This run is for anyone ages 4 and up. You must be at least 8 to run the Family Course and at least 14 to run the Extreme Course. The event is not timed, so participants are encouraged to bring a stopwatch if they want to time themselves. There will be showers available after the run. All proceeds benefit Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa.
