Saturday: Tvrďák starts at 11:00am. Waves run at 30 min intervals. Hardcore Games (competitions in fitness disciplines) start at 12:30pm.
Sunday: Small Tvrďák starts at 11:00am. 2K Course waves start at 12:00pm and run at 30 min intervals. Accompanying Program at 12:30pm.

Course Description:
Demanding 5+ KM in hilly terrain and at least 20 obstacles.
2K is an ideal track for families and recreational runners
For children 8 - 14 years the track is up to 1 km, 6 obstacles. Parent signed consent is required.
