Course Description:
Our new Mini Furlong course is 3k, this is ideal for younger participants or for those who want to have a go at OCR without being overwhelmed by the 5k distance. We will also have our 5k course set up – with the option of runners to do multiple laps of both courses.
We are pleased to announce two new waves in our Muddy Furlong series;
Muddy Furry-long – take part in the last wave of the day with your furry best friend.
Muddy Fur-LOG – using a PRO-LOG and in teams of four, particpants will need to work together to carry a 40kg weight around the course.
Aid Stations:
We have marshalls throughout the course to encourage and help you, they will also advise of alternative routes if there is a particular obstacle you don't feel confident with attempting. Please listen to the guidance provided by the Marshalls
Spectators:
Spectators are more than welcome to come along and cheer you on for free of charge
Parking:
There is parking available at the event, there is no charge for parking but do ask visitors to respect that this is a residential farm and you will need to park at the designated area and take any litter/clothing from site.
Other:
We have a free key drop service at all our running events.
Due to the nature of the event, we do recommend that all particpants are aged 6 and over. All children under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult on the course and have a signed disclaimer completed prior to starting the event. There is no age limit on this event.
