Course Description:
Challenging enough for the elite, but achievable and fun for all levels of fitness. Ultra tricky and challenging obstacles stretched over 6km of body punishing terrain within the heart of Essex countryside through the river Chelmer with manmade challenges consisting of slopes, ropes, cargo net, river runs and many more.
Spectators:
Supporting Farleigh Hospice entrance fee is £5 per adult and free for children under 16.

Post Party:
A fun day out with live music and entertainment for the whole family. Open to the public food, drink, children's face painting.
Other:
Each participant will have a window of 2 hours to complete the course, with the option to run it as many times as they deem fit within the time slot.
