Course Description:
The 5k course will include 14-16 obstacles on the scenic trails of Wason Pond in Chester, NH. Be prepared to run through tires, scale walls, and get wet before crossing the finish line to bask in the glory of your accomplishment.
While you trade war stories with friends, enjoy music & good food. Walk or run the course, either as an individual or as part of a team.
The Pounder is a family friendly, fun Obstacle Course Trail Race in a beautiful setting! The best part is that you can have fun with your whole family while raising money for local charities.

Parking:
Parking is FREE!
Wason Pond has limited parking so all parking for participants and spectators will be at Aggregate Industries, 91 Chester Rd (Rte 102) in Raymond.
Post Party:
A number of local food vendors will be on hand serving food and drinks to refuel your muscles.
Be sure to bring some cash. We’ll also have some great music to keep the party going after the race.
Other:
Proceeds received will be given to charity with a goal of giving away $100,000 in donations!
Team:
You can run as a team, or as the entire family in the family wave
Kids Race:
There will be a family wave for kids 8 yrs & up to run with parent.
