Course Description:
The Heroes Mud run is a 5K (3.1 mile +/-) run over cross-country terrain. Along the way there are over 12 different obstacles to overcome and maneuver and lots and lots of mud.
Obstacles include: high walls, low walls, mud pits, cargo nets to crawl, ramps, slide and tires
Aid Stations:
There will be a First aid station. If you need help, volunteers are positioned throughout the site to help runners with any emergencies.
Paramedics and/or EMS personnel onsite.
Awards:
There is no award ceremony, but we will post photos on our website of the Mud Cup of Fame Award winners. Awards include:

Best Individual Costume (Adult)

Spectators:
Spectators are free, but they do have to pay $5.00 for parking.
Parking:
$5.00 per car and we only accept cash for parking. Parking lots are close to race location so no shuttles are needed.
Post Party:
Food, Beer and other vendors there. Will have a DJ, but looking to secure additional entertainment that day.
Our party is awesome because of YOU! You make the party fun.
Other:
The Heroes Mud Run proudly supports our local Heroes. A portion of the proceeds of the Heroes Mud Run will benefit the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation, in conjunction with local firefighters and the Heart of a Marine Foundation, proudly serving all branches and members of the United States Armed Forces. Both organizations are 501( c ) charities. Come show your support by participating, volunteering or cheering your Hero on.

Team:
Running as a TEAM is encouraged. There is a minimum of 4 runners to a team.
