A crossbreed of strongman meets bootcamp meets badass. Epic Series is the premier workout challenge. EPIC RACE Challenge: The EPIC Race course is 12+ functional fitness challenges laid out on a course like nothing you’ve experienced. Designed using the principles of cross-training, bootcamp, strongman, and endurance competitions, this course will break you down and build you back up! Whether you're competing against others or trying to achieve your personal best, make no mistake, this is a race.

Course Description:

Grab your #fitfam and cruise through a seriously fun, party version of the EPIC Course that all ages can do!* Sport your favorite glowstick colors and make your way through over 20 obstacle stations, including The Archer, Barnaby's Beast, the Air Challenger, plus all kinds of walls, and more!
*Adult supervision and discretion required for participants under 13 years old.

Aid Stations:

Water available on course and at finish line.

Spectators:

All attendees are charged an entrance fee, regardless of whether they run through the EPIC Course or not.

Parking:

Parking is $10

Post Party:

The whole race is a party! After you run through the EPIC Course (optional), play games, make glow-in-the-dark art, win prizes in the silent auction and opportunity drawings, and dance your feet off to the latest beats! Food, drinks, vendors, and more!

Other:

The EPIC Glow in the Dark Party is a fundraising event for metugo, a nonprofit that supports newly diagnosed cancer patients by providing all-in-one medical record organizers.
The event will be held at the iconic Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Center (formerly the U.S. Olympic Training Center), where elite athletes from all over the U.S. live and train for major events like the Olympic Games.
All attendees pay an entrance fee (see pricing details), and have the option to run through the EPIC Course or not. All EPIC Course participants receive a custom glow-in-the-dark medal.
Please note that this event is not timed, and waves are corralled and released every 5 minutes.
