Course Description:
Whether navigating the 3.1 mile course as an individual or team, participants will be challenged as they race through 12+ obstacles and test their strength, agility, and stamina.
Aid Stations:
We will have one/two stations available.
Awards:
Awards will be given to the Top 3 Male & Female Overall finishers and the Top 3 M/F in the following age group divisions:
Ages 7–9
Ages 10-12
Ages 13-15
Ages 16-20
Ages 21-30
Ages 31-40
Ages 41-50
Ages 51-60
Ages 61 & up
Awards will also be given to the Top 3 Teams. For team awards, the four individual times of the team members will be averaged together to create one Team Time. Runners do not need to finish at the same time for their times to count. The average is calculated automatically when the last of the four team members crosses the finish line.

Spectators are free!
Parking:
Parking is free. Space in each lot is limited, so please come prepared for a little bit of a walk. The spots closest to the start line fill up fast and some lots will close at 7:00am for the race.
Parking will be at the Jerry Long Family YMCA. 1150 S Peace Haven Rd, Clemmons, NC 27012
Post Party:
Come for the Run… but stay for some FUN. Clemmons Post-Race Bash an event for children of all ages. We have teamed up with Village of Clemmons to offer the 2020 Dirty Dozen 5K Obstacle Mud Run and Clemmons Post-Race Bash from 9:00am – 1:00pm which will include food trucks, Kid’s Zone, entertainment, beer pit, and so much more! More information coming soon!

Group Rates: The Dirty Dozen 5K Obstacle Mud Run is proud to provide an opportunity for sponsors, churches, schools and organizations/corporations of all kinds to run for a cause while implementing a wellness program to benefit our community. Implement the opportunity to establish an employee/fellowship wellness program or compliment a program already in place. A team event is designed to help build teamwork across departments and promote fitness and giving within the workplace.
