Course Description:
The 5k course is suitable for all levels of fitness. The course will be made up of both man made and natural obstacles so plenty of fun to be had along the way!
Aid Stations:
Water will be provided on the day at water stations.

Spectators welcome free of charge

This year funds raised are in aid of the Childrens Unit at the CUH and the Rathcormac and Bartlemy Parents Associations.
