Course Description:
This is a course with the perfect terrain for an obstacle course. Several Cross Country meets have been run on this course. Lots of hills, some flat area and amazing scenary the whole way. You will be facing 15-20 obstacles including a huge slipping slide off the damn of a lake into a mud pit. You will also come across 3-5 mud pits and a lake crossing as well.
Aid Stations:
Aid stations located half way through the course and people will be stationed at each obstacle. Paramedics will be on standby if needed. Oranges, bananas and water at the finish line.
Awards:
There is an awards ceremony to follow the last heat
Spectators:
Spectators are free and encouraged to come and watch and can roam freely throughout the course to take pictures and enjoy the fun
