Registration / Bib pick from 7:30 am to 9:00am. First heat race start time 9:00am. Heats will consist of 10 to 15 runners that will go off every 15 min.

Course Description:
The course will start and finish on the beautiful grounds of MIT Endicott House located at 80 Haven St in Dedham. You will start out from one of the fields before heading around a beautiful pond and waterfall. From there you will wind up, down, and through Wilson Mt State Park and then back onto the Eagle Obstacle course. There will be obstacles spread out all along the course.
