Course Description:
Come and test your fitness and speed on Natural Fitness Company's 2km outdoor trail route!
This session is structure to include a 45 minute introduction. First, we'll warm up together before you're let loose on the course to get a feel and understanding of its challenges.
Then you'll have your opportunity to do the course as fast as you can. You'll have 45 minutes to clock your best time - that could be your first or your third lap, who knows!

The fastest male and fastest female will be rewarded with one of our special limited edition medals
