Course Description:
The course was designed by a Marine with over 23 years of military service and 4 combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan.
This is a 5 mile course (final course to be approved by venue).
On the course there are obstacles, lake crossings, walls, low crawls, and many more. For your safety there will be water points, lifeguards, and medical personnel along the course.
There are also a route to take non swimmers around the water obstacles The ROCK SOLID MUD RUN course involves running, swimming, crawling, climbing, and jumping.
In addition to U.S. Military-style obstacles, the courses will have a few cleverly constructed obstacles which are unique to Raceway Park.
The ROCK SOLID MUD RUN is open to everyone; and participants can elect to run the course as an individual or as a member of a team.
Aid Stations:
There will be water points, lifeguards, and medical personnel along the course.
Spectators:
Spectators are free.
Parking:
Lots of free parking - no waiting for shuttle buses!!!!!!!
Post Party:
There is music, free fruit and water.
Other food for sale.

Donations are made to IES Brain Research Foundation and Semper Fi Fund.
The minimum age is 14.
