Course Description:

This is a scenic run through the foothills of the Allegheny mountains. There is a combination of dirt roads, beautiful trails, and ravine climbs. The 12+ obstacles are a combination of man-made and natural elements including brief water events. Elements can be opted out of, but this is a fun, interactive event, guaranteed to make memories.

Obstacles include:
-Gravel pit (mud)
-Pit decent and climb
-Long downhill run
-Switchback run
-Spider Web ropes
-Apex Walls
-Cargo nets
-Paintball course (possibly)
-Bear climb (rugged trail)
-Mud pit
-Sawdust bin (army crawl)
-Lilly pond 30 ft. (ropes available to pull yourself across)
-Orchard bog
-Log landing mud pit
-Mud trail
-Big bail boulder climb
-Tire climb (to be determined)

Aid Stations:

Food and water will be available at the finish line as well as a lunch provided afterwards. There are 2 water/ aid stations on the course and paramedics will be present throughout.

Awards:

There will be door prizes by random draw through registration. Other awards still undetermined.

Spectators:

Spectators are free. Lunch is given to spectators after runners have been served and a donation can be given to offset the cost. There are various viewing areas around the course. Everyone is invited to the Harvest Party.

Parking:

There is parking at Miracle Mountain Ranch which is hosting the event.

Post Party:

Join Miracle Mountain Ranch’s staff and students for an afternoon of western activities for the whole family. The day will include hayrides, pony rides for kids, a hot dog and hamburger dinner and desserts, a Message from the Mount by Matt Cox, a pie baking contest, an auction of the pies following the contest, a cider-press demonstration, trail rides, and harvest games! This is a perfect event for families, and youth or church groups.

Other:

Minimum age of 12. Parental consent for all participants under 18. This is not a timed event, but a clock will be running for personal reference. This event is to benefit the scholarship programs of both the YMCA of Corry and Miracle Mountain Ranch Missions to send kids to camp.

Team:

You can run as a team. There are no limits on your team members. It's fun to dress alike so your team can be easily identified.
