Course Description:
Willow Warrior is a wild and lively mud run, which is great for beginners and seasoned obstacle runners alike.
Get ready to dodge paint guns, run through rivers, crawl under cargo nets and launch yourself down our giant slippery slide to reach the finish line and be crowned Willow Warrior 2016!
Aid Stations:
There will be water stations on the route.
Spectators:
Spectators are welcome and free of charge but they must stick to designated spectator routes and areas.
Parking:
There is a car park at the venue that is provided free of charge. Cars will be parked on grass and depending on conditions, they may need a bit of a push to get out! Please come prepared for this, with plenty of patience, and help out anyone you see that may need some help. We will be collecting donations for car parking when you leave.
Post Party:
Drinks and snacks will be available, and our team of physios will be there to help ease any aches after the run for a suggested £5 donation to Willow. There will be plenty of other fundraising activities on the day both for adults and children
Other:
We ask everyone taking part to try and fundraise as much as they can to help create more unforgettable Special Days.

Willow is the only national charity supporting seriously ill 16 - 40 year olds to fulfil uplifting and unforgettable Special Days.
A Special Day is so much more than just a day. It's hope, happiness and support when it's needed most.
Every penny you raise will help create more Special Days for seriously ill young adults.
Team:
We encourage participants to help each other and work together to complete the course, but if you want to try and organise a team of other individuals to run with, you can post on our Facebook event page.
