Organizer:Hard Charge HARD CHARGE ain't your weekend 5k. Our obstacle racing missions are designed to test the speed, strength and stamina of all participants, from seasoned obstacle racing veterans to newbies and everyone in between. Courses range from 4-6 miles and are filled with challenging obstacles, unpredictable terrain - and, of course, lots of mud. Choose your mission and get ready to have an awesome time!
CHARGE for Fun - Run our course for fun with a team or individually. Help your team members over, under or through the obstacles on your way to our post-race party featuring music, food, and beverages.
CHARGE for Glory – Show what you're made of and compete in our timed heats for your chance to be seen on TV. Team and individual competitions will be held by age bracket.
HARD CHARGE events will be held throughout the country in 2013. Registration is now open!

HARD CHARGE is coming back to the Red River Valley Fairgrounds in Fargo June 14, 2014. Four miles and more than 20 military-inspred obstacles await to challenge every fitness level. Tackle the course then head over to the party in CHARGER Village with merch, music, food and cold beverages. It's the perfect kickoff to summer!

HARD CHARGE is the toughest experience you will ever love! Our events are four to six miles of obstacles, mud and mayhem. Each course is designed to challenge you and get you pumped up for the awesome post-race party at CHARGER Village - complete with food, fun and beverages. It doesn’t matter your current fitness level, HARD CHARGE will test you and push you to the max. When the dust has settled and the mud has dried, you'll already be looking forward to taking on your next HARD CHARGE mission!
Charge for Fun: Fire up for a fun and intense HARD CHARGE course that will get you muddy, sweaty and maybe even a little bloody - but rest assured, we'll have world-class medical professionals ready and rarin' to go. Navigate the course at your own pace individually, or tackle the mission with your team. And don't worry if you can't make it through an obstacle. There are plenty more waiting to be conquered!
Charge for Glory: This is the time to put it all out there. Give it everything you've got and compete for the chance to be on TV on a HARD CHARGE course designed to test your speed, strength and stamina. Timed and marshaled, you'll be put to the test throughout the entire course. Can't make it through and obstacle? You're gonna pay!
Obstacle list May Include: Drag Racer, Hit the Wall, Final 40, Abusement Park, No Holds Barred, Will Hill, Vertical Vengeance, Tunnel Rat, Through the Woods, Stormin' the Desert, Sobriety Check, Skid Mark, Scale the Skins, Russian Front, Pourin' Rage, muddy Mission, Knee knocker, Kick the Tires, Jalopy Justice, Gritty Ridge, Final Charge, Ducka dn Cover, Blockage Barrage, Black Hole, Back Scratcher, Aqua Assault, Angled Ambush.
There will be water stations throughout the course and medical staff on site.
Medals will be awarded to all Televised CHARGE qualifiers - 30 men, 30 women, and 24 co-ed team participants.
Truss trophies will be given to the top male, female and team in the Televised CHARGE - so three total.
Spectators can watch the race and attend the post-race party for free
There will be a $10 fee for parking. You may receive specific parking information prior to the event. Please follow these important directions.
Post-race party with music, food and beer is free for all racers and spectators.
You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
The top individual finishers in each age division qualify for the televised Charge, regardless of heat. The top six co-ed teams overall qualify, regardless of heat. HARD CHARGE will be seen on select local markets, beginning this summer. Check the website often to find out where and when to watch HARD CHARGE. Full episodes will also be available on our site.
HARD CHARGE is partnered with Children's Miracle Network and helps local children's hospitals.
It’s not a relay; every member completes the entire course. You can run together, help fellow teammates through obstacles and keep each other motivated. While we do encourage teamwork and camaraderie throughout the entire course, only those teams competing in the Televised CHARGE need to cross the finish line together.
