Competitive Heats: 9am Men's, 9:30am Women's, 10am Men's
(COMPETITIVE heats are for those looking to get the best time possible and avoid delays around obstacles)
Regular Heats: 10:30, 11, 11:30, Noon, 12:30, 1pm (we will be adding more heats as needed)

Course Description:
15 Obstacles: will be doable but challenging. Not easy. Burpees opt outs ok
There won’t be a neat little map of the race course or detailed obstacle descriptions to quell your pre-race anxiety. Like our primal ancestors, you simply need to be prepared for anything.
Yes this is hilly and steep, some flat. Great finish with party!
Aid Stations:
1-2 aid stations.
Paramedics on standby.
Lots of good food and beer at finish line.
Awards:
Custom plaques for overall and age groups.
Spectators:
Spectators are free and the last 4 or so obstacles are easily viewed and near the party and finish line!
Parking:
Parking will be managed by volunteers. Parking is very near the start.
Post Party:
Music, beer, food all around the finish line. Vendors. DJ and music! Post race pictures.
Team:
There will be competitive heats for the serious 'I want to win this thing' athlete!
