Course Description:
The course is split into 7 zones, with each one giving you a taster of a different theme, allowing you the opportunity to enjoy all the best obstacles in one race.
You'll run (walk), swim , climb and push yourselves through the 7 different zones over the 7km course which include: Bear Grylls Survival Race, The Ram Run, Aztec Warrior, Big Foot Challenge, Tough Guy, Airfield Anarchy and Reaper Events.
Aid Stations:
Emergency Response Team in place.

There will be a £5 car parking charge.
Other:
Money raised will help support EMERGENCY RESPONSE campaign to help protect and save thousands of families from the devastating effects of natural disasters and conflict.

Teams are allowed to participate with a team discount of 5% off for teams of 4+ and 10% off for teams of 10+
Kids Race:
The minimum age to participate in the race is 14.
