First heat will be 9 AM.
Heats of 20 go off every 10 minutes until through. There will be a special youth time.

Course Description:
Mudder's Day is a 5K race comprised of natural and man-made obstacles through MaMahan Park. There will be 12-14 obstacles including creeks, wall climbs, mud pits, and a couple of surprise obstacles. Runners will depart in 10 minute intervals. It's a pretty flat course with a couple of steep embankments when crossing the creek. Most of the obstacles are natural but there will be walls, pyrimids, and tires. It is probably a low to intermediate course.There will be a hospitality tent and a place to clean off.
Aid Stations:
There will be 1 water station on course. All obstacles will be manned. Fruit and water will be provided as well as a hospitality tent. Paramedics will be on standby. Hospitals are extremely close in the event of a severe injury.
Awards:
Age groups are 12-17, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 and over for both men and women.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd in each division will get a medal.
Team entries will get a team trophy.
Spectators:
Spectators are free and will be able to roam most of the course.
Parking:
Parking is free.
Post Party:
No post party other than hospitality tent.
Food and sodas will be available.
This event is on the same weekend as the Arts For All Festival which is held only 3 miles away. It's a great place to go post race for fantastic food and great art.
Other:
All of the proceeds from the race will go to the Great Plains Chapter of Ambucs Charity fund. It will be used to buy Amtrykes and build wheelchair ramps for disabled people. Go to Ambucs.org for more information on what we do or to become a member.
No swimming required but there will be some water crossings.
The event is timed.
There will be facilities to clean up but no showers.
Bathrooms will be provided.
Team:
We will have 5 man team entries. Team score will be an aggregate of all times on the team. Top 3 teams will get a team trophy.
