Course Description:
Our 5K all contour course can be tough at times, it is loaded with military boot camp obstacles that include a fire pit.
The participants will have a shot at 5 races over a 3 day race.
On the 2nd of April, we will have the Twilight race that will be run in the dark with only Tiki Lights illuminating the path. This one will be a tough race.
Aid Stations:
We will have the Local Ambulance Corps on site.
Lots of water everywhere.
Oranges and Lemons will be supplied to all runners and at the end of each heat we will have body recovery exercises conducted by a Therapist.
Awards:
Award Ceremonies on the 5th during the Good-Bye Breakfast feast.
Men 18-45.
Men 46-60.
Women 18-45.
Women 46-60.
Children 12-18.
All are winners and will be presented with a Certificate and a Medal.
Prizes:
Best Costume TEAM.
Worst Costume TEAM.
Best MUDDER (The Muddiest participant).
Best Costume Kid.
Best Family Costume.
Spectators:
Spectators, unless they are helping pay $5.00 and can use all the facilities, including the pools.
Après Mud is included.
Parking:
Parking available for 1,000 vehicles (NOT PAVED).
Post Party:
There are Après Mud parties with Music (DJ's) and dancing on the 3rd and 4th of April.
Other:
Bring your old phones (hopefully Smart Phones) to donate to the local Abused Women Charity.
Please be at least 12 years old to run the race. and bring GLOVES to climb the obstacles (we have a lot of biting ants on the ropes).
Hiking Boots or Sneakers please. No Gloves, No Right Shoes, NO RACE.
Team:
Form your team of 4 (minimum) and get a 30% discount, come in Costumes please.
All accepted, no matter how weird.
Teams get the best of the bunch Score, that is the best team member score is the team score.
You will be recognized as the best team
