Course Description:
We will be debuting our new course in Los Angeles in Partnership with the LAPD and the Parker Foundation.
EPIC Series is the next generation of obstacle course racing that combines functional cross-training, Strongman, and traditional obstacle course racing elements into the most EPIC course on the planet. No mud, no long-distance running, no ice baths or electric shocks. With Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced options at every challenge station, Athletes of all ability levels can conquer this course and #beEPIC!
The EPIC course is approximately 1.5 miles long and packed tight with over 25 back-to-back obstacle challenges. Each station has Beginner (green), Intermediate (blue), and Advanced (black) options to pick from, so you can choose your challenge at every turn.
The EPIC course has 2 wave types:
COMPETITIVE WAVES - Men must do all Advanced obstacles; Women must do at least Intermediate obstacles. This course is timed. Eligible for Podium Prizes.
OPEN WAVES - Athletes of all ability levels may choose any level obstacle to complete at any time with no penalty. This course is timed.
Lastly, We also have our Elite Obstacle Course which is an add on to our competitive race! It is broken into two divisions Strength and Elite. The course is approximately 100 meters long with 10-12 obstacles. The staple of the Elite course is our Truck Pull to start the course! Are you tough enough to be the best Hybrid athlete in the World?
Aid Stations:
We will have 2 aid stations on the course that you will be able to utilize multiple times throughout the event.1 The aid stations will be staffed with water.
We will have paramedic and EMT on Stand-By as well.

Podium for Overall OCR Finishes 3 deep
Podium for Overall Elite Finishes 3 deep both Endurance and Strength
Podium for Largest Team 1st place
Podium for Fastest Team 1st place
Prizes:
Elite Athletes will by vying for the title of Epic Series Elite Champion and a shot at our Elite Belt! 2nd and 3rd place will receive trophies. On top of that Elite winners will win swag from our sponsors in Vendors on top of some free races from Epic Series!
Our Overall OCR Finishers will win swag bags valued up to $500.00
Our Largest and Fastest team will earn bragging rights and banners to hang up for there gym, team, or company!
Spectators:
Spectators are free! We encourage you to watch a few heats! Who knows you may want to jump into a heat later in the morning after you see how Epic the Course Is!

We offer a brand new kids course too! Family can join them too!
Event is timed and resulted within 1 hour of last finisher
