Muddy Duck Dash Come have fun, overcome obstacles, and carry a rubber duck as you run across the finish line at this year’s Muddy Duck Dash! All racers will be provided a rubber duck as part of race packet that must be with them at all times during the run. View below a list of this year’s obstacles. Don’t forget about the duck decorating contest (more information on Race Details page). Dry fit shirts for all participants!

Our race is open to anyone who is looking for a challenge, so please come out and support this year’s event benefactor the Southeastern Brain Tumor Foundation.

Course Description:

Come join the fun over this 3.5 mile obstacle style course! Great obstacles to go over, under, through, and around including hay bail climbs, 6′ walls, shallow pond crossing, low wire, live wire, two creek runs, mud pit, rope webs, barricades, Simon Sez, a brain quiz, 100 foot slip and slide in the race, plus more!

All racers will be provided a rubber duck as part of the race packet that must be with them at all times during the run. We joke that your rubber duck is racing – you are just getting it to the finish line! Your duck can only complete the course on your person. You cannot throw, kick, punt, or heave your duck. Take care of your duck, love it, care for it, and help it get to the finish line! It must be safely in your possession at all times! Make your duck proud!

Some obstacles you might encounter include: High Hway, Choose Wisely, Higher Tire, The Rocky Steps, Brainiac One, Tree (A)maze, Pond of Truth, Simon Sez, Dirty Wet Dirt, Rinse Station, Brainiac Two, Log Clib, Ducky's Web, Stream Extreme, Finish Line! (Slip n Slide)

Top 3 Muddy Duck Dash Overall Male/Females to receive gift certificate award after Muddy Duck Dash race.

Other:

Kids are welcome to register for the 3.5 mile event if parents feel they are capable – age does not limit anyone from the 3.5 mile Muddy Duck Dash. We have had kids from 7 and up complete the 3.5 mile distance. We offer the shorter kids (1 mile and .5 mile) races to encourage youth fitness and family activity. No other “obstacle race” has kid friendly distances!
