Start time 9:00-16:00, heat start every ten minuts with 60 people in each heat. Elite heat starts at 13:00 and have 20 athletes in each heat.

Course Description:
Start and goal at Ullevi Stadium Gothenburg, there will be 60 obstacle in a 5k long course at the stadium and nearby Valhalla arena.
Aid Stations:
There will be 4 aid stations on the course.
Prizes:
Price money for Elite men and women category 10 000 Swedish Kr.
Spectators:
Spectators have free entrance, our partners will exhibit and the restaurant at Ullevi will be open.
Parking:
Recommend Valhalla and Heden for parking.
Other:
We have restrooms, showers and dressing rooms at Ullevi Stadium.
Minimum age is 15, if you run with an adult and have i signed agreement you can be 12.
Team:
We have 3 team categories in Race class. A team have 4 persons you can compete in all men, all women och mixed 2 men and 2 women.
