Event starts at 8:00am. First start is normally round 10:00am and then we let staring groups out every 10 minutes. Last starting group is normally at around 3:00pm

Tough Viking TOUGH VIKING is the leading and largest Obstacle Race in Scandinavia. The obstacles are massive and consist of fire, water, electricity, mud, monkey bars and barbed wire set out along a challenging route. The set up of obstacles depends on the country and regulations on the different locations. The obstacles are designed together with the Swedish elite maritime special forces unit Kustjägarna.

Course Description:

Tough Viking is the muddiest race you have ever seen. It will be cold and it will be muddy. Only a Tough Viking will make it!

Aid Stations:

Water stations at two spots during the race and one at the finish line with water and other beverages. We hire a professional health care team at each race. The team has professionally manned tents at the start/finishing area where you can get help with anything from band aids to more severe injuries. Along the track all obstacle captains have communication radios so that they can call for our mobile health care teams to be at the place within minutes.

Spectators:

Watching a Tough Viking race is free and we set up the track so it's possible to follow the competitors around the course.

Parking:

There is always a few parking areas at our venues but we recommend everyone to take public transportation to avoid stocking.

Other:

We have a fire hose to rinse of the mud and changing tents to get out of the wet clothes and into some dry ones. We recommend bringing a change of clothes, shoes, towel and a plastic bag for your wet clothes.

Team:

You need to be at least 4 people in one team, but you can be as many as you want. The 4 best times are counted together and are your team-time.
