Course Description:
One True Grit is a hardcore 10k and 5K run across raw natural terrain, including open ground, woodland, lakes and thick mud. You'll tackle a series of seriously tough obstacles - both man-made and natural - designed to test your mental and physical strength, skill and stamina. You'll run, climb, jump, wade, crawl and swim through a course designed to challenge you on every level. We at One True Grit believe it is the toughest event on the planet.
Aid Stations:
Medical support teams will be on site and marshals will be situated all around the course.
Spectators:
We have spectator areas so they can watch some of the One True Grit challenge including the finish. We do not charge entry fees for spectators.
Parking:
Car parking is available on site at a charge of £5.00 per car for the days event.
Other:
Parking fees money goes towards our chosen charity Prostate Cancer UK.
Team:
Team entries of two or more people will get a discounted rate less than an individual entry.
