Course Description:

30 different obstacles (featuring running, jumping, climbing, sliding, and lots of mud!). Some hills. But suitable for beginners. The challenge is suitable for teams and individuals, hardened pros and absolute beginners.

Aid Stations:

First aid station will be on site.

Spectators are free

Parking:

Lots of free parking opposite.

Minimum age is 16
Must raise minimum £70 sponsorship - all of which will go directly to Respond.
The event is not timed.
Participants must be between 16 and 65 years old and be willing to get muddy for money.
