Race Start Time:

Saturday, April 11, 2015 @ 9:00 AM local time
Heat start times (9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30 and 12 noon).
5K Mud Obstacle Course start at 9:00 am with heats every 30 minutes.
Races will start promptly at posted start time, no exceptions.

AHS Eagle Dash Atascocita High School (AHS) ROTC and AHS Class of 2016 (non-profit organization) will host their Annual Eagle Dash 5K Mud Run Obstacle Course designed by AHS ROTC program to raise money for AHS Student activities.
The Mud Run Obstacle Course is a fun friendly competition open to all ages and abilities promoting health and exercise within our community. This is one of the best, if not the best, local mud run and everyone is invited to challenge themselves while having fun.

Course Description:

5K Mud Obstacle Course start and end at Atascocita High School winding through the local woods surrounding the school.
Eagle Dash 5K Mud Run Obstacle Course was designed by AHS ROTC program and include Swamps, Fallen Logs, Tire Walk, Bridge crossing, Rope Wall, Low Crawl and more.

Aid Stations:

Aid station will be located in central course location and finish line.
Local Fire Department Paramedics will be on-site.
Water station on course.
A runners tent will be set-up at finish line providing fruit and water.

Awards:

Overall Male and Female runners will receive awards.
Top male and female finishers per heat

Spectators:

Spectators are welcome at no cost.
