Competitive waves with prizes from 7:00am to 8:00am. Non-competitive waves from 8:00am to 7:00pm. Waves of 25 all go off every 15 minutes

Course Description:
Get ready for 3 miles and 30 obstacles set in a classic North Florida landscape! A fun mix of trails, creeks, mud, sand, and water. Obstacles such as walls, crawls, rigs, tubes, carries, sled drags, traverse walls and ropes, slack lines, a-frames, slip walls, log carries, hill climbs, etc.
Aid Stations:
We will have 2aid stations on course. EMS will be on site. We will provide water and fruit at the finish line.
Awards:
We will award top 3 competitive wave male and females (no age limits). Prizes ranging from $500 in cash and prizes down to $100 in cash and prizes.
Spectators:
Spectators are free but deep woods and swamp viewing will be extremely limited.
Parking:
Parking is free but we HIGHLY recommend carpooling as spots on site are limited.
Post Party:
No post party but there will be a DJ, vendors and food trucks.
Other:
All proceeds benefit a local fitness ministry Trinity Fitness Inc. Minimum age is 14. No kids race, time chipped, no need to swamp, no hear check due to close proximity of parking. We will have a hosedown/ tents for changing area.
Team:
You are welcome to race as a team and registration will give that option. We will cap teams at 25 members. Team discounts available!
