Race Start Time:
Event starts at 5:00 pm with individuals working through a time restricted course. Following the individuals will be team competitions with teams allowing for tagging in and out of warriors.

Course Description:
The indoor course is professionally designed and has many of the same style obstacles as seen in American Ninja Warrior television show (minus the water pits). The course consists of 15 obstacles focusing on upper body strength, lower body strength and balance. Included obstacles are the inverted rock climb, ring traverse, peg board, knob board, rope jungle, floating balance boards and more. Skill sets that will be tested are: arm traverse, dynamic grip strength, balance, jumping dexterity and explosive strength

A limited number of spectators are allowed at $5 per person (complaince for building fire codes)

Charity event benefiting Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, a nonprofit serving 17 counties of North Florida. Jacksonville Area Legal Aid keeps roofs over heads, employees at work and children in school. They protect the elderly, veterans, refugees, victims of abuse, those with special needs and the poor.
Minimum age to compete is 18. No age limit on spectators . Entire venue has been rented out for the evening so jump park tickets can be purchased for $25.00 per jumper (bring a family member or children!) - These jump tickets are approximately 50% of retail cost. Competitors have full access to jump after they finish ninja warrior course.
Bathrooms are on site, refreshments may be purchased.
Team:
Teams, maximum number of 4 to a team may compete. Team members may tag themselves in and out. Most obstacles completed within allotted time or best time for finisher wins.
