Waves start at 11:15am. Wave times are subject to change due to numbers of participants however we do offer 1 timed wave which is always the first adult wave of the day following on from the Junior waves.

Course Description:
We have over 40 obstacles out on course, here's a few of our runners favourites:

At every obstacle you come across you'll find a marshal waiting for you to offer a helping hand or some word of wisdom! We also provide alternative routes around all water sections and high obstacles for runners who aren't confident with heights or water. We are fortunate that the natural landscape at Uventure Run makes our course extra interesting - we hope you like hills & mud!
Aid Stations:
We offer water stations at various points on the course as well as having medics onsite at all times just in case they're needed.
Spectators:
Spectators are more than welcome at Uventure Run so we recommend bringing all of the family for a fun filled day out - the best part is we only charge per car not per person!
Parking:
The car park will be clearly signed once you turn onto Grafton Road. Please see registration pack for further details on parking fees. If you are paying on the gate please have the right change ready to prevent queuing. All vehicles must follow the directions of the marshalls when parking.
Post Party:
The Village will be open throughout the day for spectators and runners before and after they have raced. There will be hot and cold food available to purchase including breakfast rolls in the morning and BBQ food in the afternoon as well as a range of confectionery and snacks. We have a full size pub complete with beer garden selling alcoholic drinks and stalls providing a range of drinks such as cold cans, tea, coffee, hot chocolate. We also have a live DJ providing tunes all day in the event village area to keep the atmosphere lively.
We also have a company providing inflatable activities which will be available to keep you entertained (weather permitting) throughout the day! Tickets for these are available to purchase on the day .

We will have a FREE bag drop area in the Registration tent where you will be able to store any luggage if you require.
Car keys should be placed in the personalised envelope that you are handed when you register and handed in at the key/bag drop. All keys and bags are left at the owners risk and Uventure Run Ltd are not liable for any loss or damage to such property.
