Runamuck Challenge The Runamuck Challenge is Ireland's largest run of it's kind with a sold out 5,000 entries.
It offers a 5km or 10km challenge with over 50 different obstacles in each 5km lap.
The fun factor is high on the agenda for this race with it proving very popular with charities, hen parties, etc and it is about 60:40 females to male participants.

Course Description:

Runamuck's course has approx 30 obstacles along the 5km lap of varying nature. There are easier options provided for all obstacles. Very accessible location only 30 mins from M50 / Dublin. Super new location in a 3,000 acre Estate

Aid Stations:

Mobile medical cover on course and full aid station at Start / Finish

Prizes:

Runamuck Tankards and Race Entry Vouchers for top 3 (M/F) best Team of 3 & Fancy Dress

Spectators:

Access is free for spectators. 1 spectator per competitor. Partial course access

Parking:

Parking included in entry!

Post Party:

Party on site with DJ during event

Other:

We also have showers to rinse of the mud and changing tents to get out of the wet clothes and into some dry ones. We recommend bringing a change of clothes, shoes, towel and a plastic bag for your wet clothes.We also have a shoe donation for a good cause.
