Race Start Time:
Competitive heat starts at 9:00am.
Regular heats start at 10:00am.
New waves every 30 minutes until done.
Heats will be limited to 50 people to decrease congestion on the course.

Course Description:
It is a 5 to 6km race with 15+ manmade obstacles. Competitive racers should take around 60 minutes to complete the two 2 lap course. The one lap course should take about 30 to 60 minutes to complete.
The course is mainly flat with a couple of small hills.
Aid Stations:
There will be two water stations available on the course. First-aid attendants will be available through out the course.
Awards:
The top 5 men and women in the competitive heat will receive a unique prize medal.

Minimum age is 14.

Teams of 5 or more receive a discount during registration.
